Wink & Dinah Ruffman are Ruff & Scruff's parents. they were game shows hosts but one day they have disappeared.
Synopsis[]
In Season 4, Ruff said that his parents are still alive. In Season 5, they say that P.U.R.R.S. (a.k.a. Pussycat Underground Rather Rotten Society) the company behind the ripoff show Go Get It! with Tom & Trixie has something to do with their disappearance. In the Final episode of FETCH!, it is shown that Tom and Trixie were actually Ruff's parents. They were being spies.

Wink is a mutt who is much shorter than Ruff. Dinah is a pink poodle-collie and is a lot taller than Ruff.
