Ruff's invention has been stolen for good! He sends the Fetchers to team up with Detective Rock to solve the case. In the end, Ruff discovers it was Nibs, the neighbor's cat, who was really a maniacal woman named Ysma. At the end of the episode, Ruff has an expensive Kneeboard Tank, and then realizes that he doesn't have knees, and he was trapped, and he had to say the password.
